Advanced Health Fitness Assessment

During this appointment, a series of assessments will be done to determine your overall fitness level. These results can be an effective planning tool in developing a workout regime. In this assessment, body composition, aerobic capacity, muscular strength & endurance, flexibility, BMI, resting heart rate, and blood pressure will be measured.

Additional biometrics measured during the session via a finger prick, are blood glucose, total cholesterol, and triglycerides. 

After all the measurements are taken, your data will be compiled into a comprehensive report which we will go over at the end of the session. 

This assessment is recommended if someone wants to establish a baseline of health before starting a fitness routine and for monitoring progress of a routine already in effect. 

The total appointment time is 1 hour 30 minutes. Comfortable clothes (including sneakers) and water are recommended.
