Basic Fitness Assessment

For Specialized Personal Training Only*

My goal is to provide you with the safest and most effective program (and hopefully having some fun while you're doing it!)


The preliminary assessment gives us an opportunity to get acquainted and establishes baseline metrics and baseline fitness levels. These metrics will help me design a program that is in alignment with your current health status, fitness level, and goals, which will prevent injury, burnout, and get you results!  


The free fitness assessment includes the following:

  • Body Composition Analysis

  • Resting vitals

  • Functional movement screening and/or components of fitness testing, 

      such as cardiorespiratory, muscular endurance/strength, and flexibility

  • Goal and fitness overview

For individuals with specific medical and physical needs the fitness assessment 

screening will look different depending on the (permanent or temporary)

health condition.
